Riyadh – Mubasher: Mulkia Investment Company announced a cash dividend distribution of SAR 0.17 per unit with a total amount of SAR 10.2 million to the unit holders of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund for the third quarter of 2019. 

The dividend represents 1.7% of the unit’s initial price and 1.72% of the value of net assets as of 30 September 2019, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.

Eligibility of cash dividends shall be for the unit holders registered in the registry of the Securities Depository Center at the end of 22 October.  

Dividends will be paid within 15 business days following the eligibility date.
